OPP helped me know Me! The work that this team does is absolutely amazing! I spent much of my life not really understanding what I did in my relationships, both personal and professional, that drained me so much emotionally. After taking my strength test, I found that I operate from empathy first and foremost in my life. Learning how to develop that strength and grow it to a mature level has changed my life entirely!
